What we do
Five trades, one crew. Pick the one you came for.
Kitchen remodeling
Cabinets painted, refaced or replaced, countertops, backsplash and flooring. From a refresh that keeps your boxes to taking the room back to the walls.
See kitchen remodelingBathroom remodeling
Full remodels, tub-to-shower conversions and walk-in showers, waterproofed properly before a single tile goes on the wall.
See bathroom remodelingFlooring installation
Tile, vinyl plank, laminate and wood. We check and flatten the slab first, because that is where floors go wrong. Buy your material anywhere — we install it.
See flooringInterior & exterior painting
Walls, ceilings, trim and cabinets inside. Stucco, siding, fascia and soffit outside. In Florida the prep is the job and the paint is the easy part.
See paintingDrywall & texture
Holes, cracks, water damage and whole new walls. Texture sprayed back to match, so the repair does not show from across the room.
See drywall repairMore than one room
A kitchen, two bathrooms and flooring through the house is one project, not three. One schedule, one price, one person answering for it.
See all servicesOne crew, not four
The single reason most people end up calling us.
Almost no remodeling job is one trade. A bathroom is demolition, waterproofing, tile, drywall and paint. A kitchen adds cabinets and counters on top. New flooring means the baseboard comes off and goes back on.
Hire that out separately and you become the project manager without anyone asking you. You hold the schedule, you carry messages between people who have never met, and when the tile man says the floor was not ready and the floor man says it was, you are the one who has to decide which of them is right.
The handoffs are also where the work actually fails. A patch that gets painted by the crew who patched it has nobody arguing about whether it was ready. A floor laid before the cabinets go in ends up under the toe kick, where it belongs.
Here it is one crew, one schedule and one price. When something moves, you hear it from one person — the same person who quoted it.
“Four contractors is four schedules. Nobody is holding the middle.”

You will be dealing with Nelvin
“The paint is the cheap part. What you are paying me for is everything that happens before the first coat goes on.”
Seven years in remodeling — four of them in pool work, which is an education in what water does to anything built badly — and Nelvin is still the one on the tools. He measures your job, he prices it, and he is there the morning it starts.
The crew is Nelvin and his brother — the same two people from the first day to the last. The man who quoted your job is the man standing in your house while it gets done.
How the job goes
Step 1
Send a photo
Call, text or email us a picture from your phone. Most of the time that is enough for us to know what we are walking into.
Step 2
We come look
Free, on your schedule. We look at what caused the problem, not only the problem, because that is what decides whether a repair holds.
Step 3
Price in writing
Scope and cost before anything starts, including what is not included. No pressure to decide while we are standing in your kitchen.
Step 4
We do it and clean up
Floors and furniture covered, dust kept down, debris hauled out in our truck. You get the room back the way you handed it over.
Recent work
Real jobs in real houses around the area.
And what the people who live in them said
Every review here comes straight from our Google profile, written by somebody whose house we worked in.
Where we work
We are based in Bradenton and most of our work stays within about an hour of it. A lot of these houses went up in the eighties and nineties and are getting their first real update — and after three storms in one season, a good share of the ceilings we open are still carrying water damage nobody ever finished fixing.
