Monday to Saturday, 7am to 5:30pm
Text and email come in any time. If something is urgent — water coming through a ceiling — say so and we will move you up.

Manatee, Sarasota, Hillsborough, Pinellas and Charlotte counties
We come to you. There is no showroom to visit and no appointment to sit through — we look at the actual job, in the actual house.
What we do not do
Roofing and electrical
Everything else inside a house we do ourselves. We would rather tell you now than after you have made the call and waited for us to come out.

Same day, from Nelvin himself. If we can tell you something useful over the phone before coming out, we will.

We come look
Free, at a time that works for you, including evenings. We look at the actual job rather than quoting from a photo.

Price in writing
Scope and cost on paper, so you can compare it properly against anyone else. No deposit to receive an estimate.
Step 4
You decide
In your own time. We are not going to call you three times a week, and the price does not expire at midnight.
What to send us
Two minutes on your side saves a trip and gets you a real number faster.
You do not need measurements, drawings or a finished plan. Most of the time a few photos from your phone tell us more than a long description does — we can see the texture on the wall, how the room is laid out, and the thing you did not think to mention.
Tell us what city you are in, what rooms you are thinking about, and roughly when you would want it done. If you have a budget in mind, say it. Nobody is going to spend it just because you said it out loud, and it lets us tell you honestly what fits and what does not before either of us wastes an afternoon.
And if you are still deciding between doing one room or three, send it all. We will price them separately so you can see what each one costs on its own.

Where we work
Based in Bradenton, working across five counties. If you are near the edge of one of these, ask anyway — we go where the work is.
We are a service-area business, so we come to you and there is no shop to visit. The map shows roughly how far we go: Tampa to the north, Punta Gorda to the south, and everything along the coast in between.

Before you call
A few things people usually want to know first.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Coming out, looking at the job and putting a price in writing costs you nothing, and there is no obligation attached to it.
How far do you travel?
Manatee, Sarasota, Hillsborough, Pinellas and Charlotte counties — roughly an hour from Bradenton in any direction.
If you are just outside that, ask. Depending on the size of the job it is often still worth the drive, and we would rather tell you yes or no than have you wonder.
Can I just send photos instead of meeting?
For a small repair, often yes — photos are enough to give you a realistic number. Text or email them and we will come back to you.
For anything larger, or anything where what is behind the wall matters, we will want to see it in person before putting a price on it. A number given without looking is a number that changes later.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. A single patched wall, one room painted, a bathroom floor. Not everything has to be a remodel.
Plenty of our bigger projects started as a small repair for somebody who wanted to see how we work before handing over a kitchen.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Hablamos español. Call, text or send photos in either language and you will get an answer in the same one.
