Nelvin has spent seven years in remodeling and he is still the one holding the tools. He measures your job, he quotes it, and he is there the morning the work starts.
That sounds like a small thing until you have hired the other kind of company. Somebody polished comes out, writes a number, and hands the job to a crew who were never in the room for that conversation. Then the details you cared about turn out to have been in a file nobody opened.
Here there is no gap between the person who promised it and the person doing it, because they are the same man.
Four years in pools, three inside houses
An unusual way into remodeling, and it turned out to be a good one.
Nelvin spent his first four years in the trade remodeling swimming pools. That is not the background most remodelers have, and it shapes how he works on everything since.
Pool work is an education in water. Water finds whatever was done badly and it does not wait long. A surface that was not prepared properly, a joint that should have moved and could not, a substrate that was still damp when somebody sealed over it — in a pool you find out about all of it, and you find out fast.
Three years of home interiors after that put the same lesson indoors. The showers that fail, the floors that lift, the paint that peels off a bathroom ceiling — almost none of it is bad materials. It is the layer underneath that nobody can see once the job is done, which is exactly the layer that is cheapest to skip.
That is why the quotes here spend so much time on preparation, and why the waterproofing on a shower is not a line anyone gets to negotiate down.

How we work
Six things we hold to. None of them are complicated, and most of what goes wrong on a job is one of them being ignored.
The owner is on the job
Not supervising it from a truck between four sites. Nelvin is there, working, on the days your job is running. You always know who to talk to because it is the same person every time.
The price is in writing first
Scope and cost before anything is demolished, including what is not included. You should be able to hand it to another contractor and compare like for like.
Surprises arrive the same day
If we open a wall and find something, you hear about it that afternoon with a number attached. Not at the end, and not folded quietly into the final invoice.
We leave it clean
Floors and furniture covered, dust kept down, debris hauled out in our truck instead of sitting in your driveway. The room comes back the way you handed it over.
One crew, start to finish
The people who do the drywall do the tile and the paint. Nobody gets to blame the last trade, and nothing stalls waiting on a subcontractor who is three jobs behind.
We say when you don’t need us
If your cabinets only need paint, we will tell you that instead of quoting new ones. It costs us the bigger sale. It is also why people call back and send their neighbors.

Multiservices Belloso LLC — a Florida company, formed in 2024, based in Bradenton.
The company is young. The tradesman is not. We would rather say that plainly than dress it up, because you are going to work it out anyway. What Nelvin brought into this business was seven years of doing the work for other people first, and a clear idea of how he wanted it done differently.
There are two things we do not do, and we would rather say so here than after you have picked up the phone: roofing and electrical. Everything else inside a house — drywall, tile, floors, cabinets, trim, doors, stucco and paint — is work Nelvin has done with his own hands.
There is no office to visit and no showroom, which is deliberate. We work out of a truck and we come to the house. Nobody is paying for a lobby.
